Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is one on one process between a person and the therapist to inspire change or improve quality of life. 

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy focuses on the dynamics of a couple's relationship that assist the couple with strengthening their relationship.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is therapy that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the family systems interaction between family members.

Substance Abuse Assessments

A therapist with specialized training in substance abuse/addiction evaluates the individual to determine the extent of their substance use and provides a recommendation for treatment. 

Substance Abuse Treatment

Telehealth

Substance Abuse treatment/therapy is where an individual that has a known substance use disorder processes their need for change, learns, and implements new coping skills to reduce and eliminate the use of the specific substance.

Telehealth is receiving therapeutic services through the use of technology such as the telephone or the internet.

CSAC Supervision

Provides oversight, guidance, and training in addiction to an individual qualified to become a CSAC or CSAC-A in the state of Virginia.

LPC Supervision

Provides oversight, guidance, and training in counseling to individuals that are eligible to become LPCs in the state of Virginia.

Group Therapy

A form of therapy in which one or more therapists treat a small group of individuals together. Groups offered: Positive Parenting, Grief Group, and Be the Light. 

Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP)

Our 10-week education and intervention program. The group meets weekly for 2 hours on a scheduled day and time. Participants are required to abstain from alcohol and drugs. During the course of the group, there will be several random breathalyzers and urinalyses completed.
