Do you offer consultation? No, we do not offer consultation here at Transforming Hearts. You can contact us to speak to a professional about your questions, concerns and scheduling.

What insurances do you accept at Transforming Hearts? Aetna, Aetna BetterHealth, Anthem, Cigna, Evernorth, Humana, Molina, Sentara, TriCare, & United HealthCare/Optum. We also accept most EAP plans. We are currently working on getting credentialed with Medicare. Please note that each clinician may not accept all of the above insurance plans. Residents in counseling accept self-pay clients.

Can I pay out of pocket and if so how much would it cost? Yes, Transforming Hearts accepts all major credit cards and cash payments. Cost is based off the service needed.

What if I really want to work with a Therapist at Transforming Hearts, but I can't afford it? If you are having financial difficulties, contact our office and we will work out a reasonable price and/or payment plan.

Do Transforming Hearts offer sliding scale rates? Yes. The sliding scale rate is based on your income. Please contact our office so we can assist you.

What type of therapy services do you offer?

How do I makes an appointment? Call the office or complete the form on our contact page and someone will reach out to you within 48hrs.

How does telehealth work? By using video conferencing, our clinicians are able to virtually connect with their clients for their scheduled appointments.
