Mrs. Crystal Featherston received her master’s degree in Community Counseling, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Mrs. Featherston believes that providing quality mental health care with compassion, patience, and support, will lead to a healthier mindset and promote a healthier lifestyle. Mrs. Featherston’s fundamental approach is an integration of Existential Therapy, encouraging one to find meaning and purpose in their lives, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help promote changes in the way one thinks, and to help recognize how those patterns, in turn, cause behavioral changes.
Mrs. Featherston offers counseling to adults experiencing self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression. She also counsels couples with relationship difficulties, seeking guidance to better themselves individually, and as a unit. Mrs. Featherston also offers counseling for youth, teens, and young adults, who may be experiencing disorders and challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD.
