Cora Smith is a counseling intern completing a Master’s in Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University and holds a Master’s in Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in mental health, program management, and client support, she is passionate about helping individuals achieve personal growth and resilience through evidence-based interventions.

Ms. Smith integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into her clinical approach, meeting clients where they are and empowering them to build on their strengths. Her professional background includes roles as a supervisor in public service, a case manager, and an adjunct professor, where she honed her skills in assessment, coaching, and advocacy across diverse populations. With a deep understanding of both organizational systems and individual behavior, Ms. Smith brings a balanced and compassionate perspective to her counseling practice.

Ms. Smith offers individual and group sessions to those experiencing self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and various other disorders. She is committed to fostering a therapeutic environment and believes that everyone should make their mental health a priority.
